November Surge Gathering: Marriage, Family, and Leadership
Leadership is a gift, a joy, a privilege, but it can also be difficult, taxing, and at times, overwhelming. As leaders, we know how important the health of our marriage and family is to the work that we do. At times our marriages can be a place of joy and rest and other times they seem to be a source of exhaustion and challenge.
In the face of the responsibilities of leadership, how can pastors and Christian Leaders nurture health in their marriages and family relationships? How can we model health for our congregations and ministry teams? Where do we turn when things aren’t okay at home?
