In our current life of deadlines, expectations, family and those counting on us, how could we possibly go to bed on time? Many of us view sleep as a means to be awake better, like something we must do to survive. There are many other perspectives of sleep that should be considered before we start saying we don’t need much of it. As leaders, our hearts and minds crave rest and stillness but have a hard time finding it.
This December breakfast we will be discussing the importance of sleep and how it changes our bodies and our minds and the gift it is from God.
